Accommodation
Guesthouses and hotels
around Kamshet are coming up plenty, so
there is no problem to find a place to stay. If
you like to stay with other pilots, we suggest
to visit the Website
Of Indus Paragliding.
Indus Paragliding is
a school based close to Kamshet. Sanjay Pendurkar is one of the most
experienced pilots and instructors,
so he can give you advice or a complete flying site guidance.
What to bring?
- Sun screen (15+ SPF)
- Sun glasses
- Hat (Do not let your head get dried up in the sun.)
- Mosquito repellent (They like to come for breakfast at sunrise and dinner at sunset.)
- Toilette Paper (For those who still think paper is cleaner than soap and water.)
- Camelbak (convenient for in-flight hydration), min. 2l
- Very light and airy clothing (flight suit for Himalaya or XC!)
- Light weight hiking (flying) shoes
- Padlock(s)
- Torch (not only for walking back after sunset flights)
- Tollerance and an easy mind (Some things are just different, so
relax and do not expect to get everything you get at home.)
